Are the glasses covered by a warranty?
Yes, the glasses are covered by a two-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear, or accidents. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Will my glasses come with a case?
Yes, all our glasses come with a protective case and cleaning cloth, including all the materials provided by the manufacturer. Some models may include additional accessories.
Why didn't I receive a hard case with my glasses?
Some glasses come with hard cases, while others come with soft cases. We can't choose the accessories provided by the manufacturer, but we assure you that each pair is shipped in its original packaging complete with all the required accessories.
What is an e-gift card?
The e-gift card is a digital gift card that can be used on Popsee.it. You can choose the amount you want and give it to whoever you want.
How can I purchase an e-gift card?
You can purchase an e-gift card directly on our website in the dedicated section hereChoose the desired amount, enter the recipient's email address, and complete the purchase.
How do I receive the e-gift card?
The e-gift card will be sent via email to the address provided at the time of purchase, usually within a few minutes.
How can I use the e-gift card?
During the checkout process on Popsee.it, enter the e-gift card code in the appropriate field in the cart to use the available credit. You don't have to use the entire amount at once: you can spend the e-gift card multiple times, as long as the balance is used within the validity period.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON YOUR SITE?
Credit cards are a safe payment method to use when making online purchases. Pop See uses security measures and fraud monitoring to keep your account information safe.

Pop SEE accepts the following payment methods:

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
An authorization charge is placed when you place your order. We'll complete the charge once your order ships.
CAN I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER?
Yes, it is possible to place an order by bank transfer.
The IBAN will be sent via automatic email at the end of your order, after selecting Bank Transfer as your payment method. You can also preview it at the end of your order in the Payment Options section, by selecting "Bank Transfer."

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Delivery times vary depending on the items selected. Some products are in stock and ship within 2-3 business days, while others take longer, up to 5-9 business days. Delivery estimates can be viewed by accessing the "Orders" section of your personal area where you can view your package being delivered.
To view only products ready for immediate shipment, you can use the filter 'Immediate Shipping'."
For orders placed via bank transfer, the order is processed once the payment is confirmed and deposited into the popsee.it bank account.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
Popsee.it uses reliable couriers for shipments:
In Italy: We ship with BRT, Poste Italiane, and DHL. You can choose home delivery or pick up your package at authorized Fermo Points for your convenience.
Nthe rest of the world: We ship via international couriers like DHL, always guaranteeing traceability and security.
We will provide you with the tracking code to track your order in real time.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Once your order is complete, you have the option to cancel it for a limited time. If this option is available, we recommend canceling your order in the reserved area and creating a new order with your desired changes.
How can I track my order?
After completing your order, you will receive email updates on its progress.
You will be able to track your shipment via the tracking link, which will be active within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday) of receiving this communication.
WHY IS MY PACKAGE NOT TRACEABLE YET?
If you have recently received your tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
WILL MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Most of our packages do not require a signature. However, we may require a signature due to value or at the discretion of our Risk Management team. Signature requirements are non-waivable.
To request a signature for your package, please contact our customer service.
What should I do if the package arrives damaged or tampered with?
If the package appears damaged upon delivery—for example, the box is broken or the tamper-proof envelope is open or tampered with—we ask you not to accept it or to accept it with reservations, clearly specifying the type of visible damage to the courier.
This way, if the product inside is damaged or missing, the courier will be held responsible.
Popsee assumes no responsibility for damage or tampering if the package is collected without reservation.

POPSEE ships to Italy and Europe.
How much does shipping cost?
POPSEE ships to Italy for free for purchases over 60 euros, while for abroad a cost of 15 euros is applied.
Why haven't I received my order yet?

Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Your order will be processed quickly. For this reason, we invite you to contact us promptly at support@popsee.it, in case you would like to change the address or delivery method, for an order that has already been confirmed.
Returns and Refunds
When can I return my order?
You can return unused items within 30 days of purchase.
How can I return my order?
Customers have the option to return orders placed on Popsee.it within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return request, log in to your account in the Orders section and select the "Request Return" option. The request will then be reviewed by our customer service team. Only after Popsee approves it will we be able to ship the return.
Once you have received the instructions, The customer can proceed with the shipment using the shipping method he deems most appropriate.
It should be noted that The responsibility for return shipping lies entirely with the customer. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend insuring your package upon shipment. This will protect you in the event of loss or damage during transit.
Is there a cost to return?
Italy: a fixed cost of €10 will be applied for returns, which will be deducted from the total refund.
InternationalReturn costs will vary depending on the destination and will be clearly indicated during the return process.
Shipping costs will be refunded only in case of defective goods or shipping errors attributable to the seller (wrong item, color, size and not corresponding to the order).
When and how will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving your package at popsee.it. You will receive your refund via the payment method you selected when placing your order.
What can I do if I received an item I didn't order?
If there has been an error, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by writing to support@popsee.it Specify the desired product, the product actually received, and attach a photo. You will then receive the product you selected.
What should I do if the product is defective or damaged?
We are sorry that you have received a defective or damaged item.
Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, specifying the problem and attaching clear photos of the defect.
We will collect the goods as soon as possible and ship the replacement item, at no cost to the customer, paid by Popsee.it. However, if the product is damaged but not defective, the collection and return costs will be borne by the customer.
