SHIPPING METHODS
Popsee.it ships worldwide via BRT, Poste Italiane, or DHL. In accordance with current international trade laws, shipped goods are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the total value of the purchased goods in the same currency as the original purchase. The invoice also specifies the value of each individual item purchased.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the items selected. Some products are in stock and ship within 2-3 business days, while others require longer delivery times, up to 5-9 business days. Delivery estimates can be viewed on the product page.
To view only products ready for immediate shipment, you can use the filter 'Immediate Shipping'."
For orders placed via bank transfer, the shipment is entrusted to the courier once the payment is confirmed and deposited into popsee.it's bank account.
Delivery to European Union countries is expected within 3-5 business days. Please note that some products may require 8-10 days because they are currently in the supply phase and therefore require additional shipping time.
Delivery to all countries outside the European Union is expected within 4-7 working days for products in stock, while for others it may take 9-12 working days.

Please note that if, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic return will be deducted/withheld from the refund due.

Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. The relative amount must be paid to the courier according to the methods that will be indicated by the courier itself.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once the order is handed over to the courier, customers receive a notification email containing the order's tracking number (AWB).
PACKAGE DELIVERY
Upon delivery, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing for receipt. Popsee.it packages are carefully sealed with popsee.it tape.
If the customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be sealed with a guarantee or inspection seal by the authority.
If the package appears tampered with or the original tape is damaged, the customer is asked to sign for the package with reservations or refuse delivery. If there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to file a complaint with the courier and promptly contact popsee.it at support@popsee.it.
In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign for receipt with reservations, the delivery is automatically considered accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
FAILED DELIVERY
By placing an order, all customers establish a business relationship with popsee.it and agree to accept delivery of the package corresponding to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address due to a lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, recipient absent) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to popsee.it in Italy at the customer's expense. The customer's costs include shipping costs and any customs duties. These costs will be deducted from the refund due.
