Size Guide

Choosing the right glasses can be a complex process. This guide will help you find the perfect match. All glasses have different functional and aesthetic characteristics, so we use three pieces of information to determine the following:

UNDERSTANDING THE DIMENSIONS

Frame size refers to the horizontal width of the frame, measured between the center of the left and right hinges. Our frames are available in one or more sizes. See the range in the table below:

HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT SIZE FOR YOU!

1. To find the correct frame size, use a ruler to measure the hinge-to-hinge distance of a pair of glasses you already own that fit you well. Allow a tolerance of +/- 4 mm.

2. If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the temples. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the MODEL CODE, followed by the LENS WIDTH and from BRIDGE WIDTH. There is usually a third number that represents the POLE LENGTH, or the measurement of the "arms" of the frame. Sometimes there is a fourth number that indicates THE HEIGHT OF THE LENS.

FIT

Fit is an aesthetic measure that determines the amount of face coverage for a given size.

The frames shown in the image are all the same size but each has a different fit.

The three possible setups are:

STRICT: a small front lens for those who prefer to cover a smaller portion of the face.

REGULAR: a medium front lens designed for those who prefer to cover a medium portion of the face.

AMPLE: a larger front lens designed for those who prefer to cover a larger portion of the face.

BRIDGE AND NOSE PADS?

The four bridge and nose pad options are:

High bridge fit: It offers a more secure and comfortable fit for those with a high nose bridge and lower cheekbones. A good choice if the bridge of the nose is above the level of the pupils.

Low bridge fit: It offers a more secure and comfortable fit for those with a low nose bridge and higher cheekbones. A good choice if glasses tend to slide down the nose, sit too low, or press on the temples or cheeks.

Universal fit: This option suits most face shapes.

Adjustable nose pads: nose pads that can be widened or narrowed to fit the unique shape of your nose.

HOW CAN I FIND HER IF I DON'T HAVE GLASSES WITH ME?

WHAT YOU NEED:

A credit card or similar sized card

A mirror or the internal camera of your smartphone

1. Take a plastic card
Use a standard-sized credit card, bank card, or similar card. Make sure the card is straight and free of creases.

2. Place the card on your face
Place the card on your nose, where the bridge of your glasses would normally sit. Hold the card at nose level and make sure it's centered between your eyes.

3. Measure the width of your face
To determine the lens width of your glasses, measure the width of your face from temple to temple, holding the paper horizontally above your nose.
